In the southwest, one can stand atop a ridge or hill and watch the clouds drift across the sky. If it’s a fortunate year, there will be rain clouds. Often, you can watch the columns of rain march along the horizon, with lightning bolts cutting through the sky. It begs the question: Will that rain come over here?
