“Shadows over Eagle River” 11×14 for $275

Description

Eagle River is a small town in the Keweenaw Peninsula in Michigan. Here, the eponymous river flows through a 30 to 40 foot gorge and into Lake Superior.

There are two bridges. The old one is closed to vehicular traffic, but you can walk on it to get a view the awesome architecture of the new bridge high above the gorge, as well as the Eagle River Falls on the other side.

This is  favorite view among locals and tourists. This 11×14 oil on canvas beautifully depicts the wooden supports, illuminated high above the rippling Eagle River.
